1 Interpretation & Definitions

2Eligibility & Registration

3User Account

Once your account has been successfully registered, you become the account holder and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through that account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each account may claim the welcome bonus once only.

6Game Rules

All games on the lbk88 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent certification body to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed. No appeals may be submitted regarding valid game results.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on lbk88's server records, which shall be considered the final reference.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Lbk88 reserves the right to void bets and withhold wins if there is evidence of software bug exploitation or system vulnerabilities.

For live casino games, all session recordings are retained by lbk88 and the game provider. Results displayed by the live dealer are final and binding.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lbk88 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

8Account Closure

Closure by lbk88: lbk88 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

9Limitation of Liability

• Lbk88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Lbk88 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, user device failures, or technical factors beyond our control.
• The maximum total liability of lbk88 to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment
